No. No special software is needed. The only requirements are an Internet access and a web browser.
How much does the service cost?
Signing and delivering a PDF invoice to the invoice recipient costs one credit. It is the invoice receiver who determines if the sender or the receiver pays for the service. Downloading a received invoice is free of charge.
Downloading a signed invoice for archiving purposes is free of charge for the invoicing party. Here you find the Pricing.
What do I have to do until I can send the first invoice?
- Register for a Starter subscription.
- You will receive an E-mail to confirm your application. This E-mail contains an activation link. By clicking on this link you confirm that the E-mail address you provided at registration time is correct.
- Now you can login and request a business link with the desired business partner.
- After the business partner confirms the business link you can send your first invoice.
Can I choose my own login name?
Yes, you can choose your own login name - as long as it is not yet taken by someone else.
Can I send more than one invoice in one PDF file?
No. The automatic processing only works with PDF files which include one single invoice.

How secure is the transfer of my invoices?
The file transfer is secured in the upload as well as in the download with a 256-bit SSL encryption. Only the users from your company have access to your invoices on the platform.
Are my invoices safe against unauthorised access?
Billexco Ltd. observes the provisions of Swiss Federal law on data protection. Data transmitted through the Internet will be treated in confidence by Billexco Ltd. Any personal data communicated will be kept secret, protected and used exclusively for the purpose for which they have been communicated to Billexco Ltd.
Do PDF invoices have to be archived?
This is controlled through the laws in your country. The adherence to these laws are in the responsibility of the invoicing, resp. receiving party.
Invoices which you upload will be signed digitally by Billexco Ltd. You can access the invoices during 90 days in your "Outbox" and download the signed invoices on to your PC. Without an archive subscription your invoices will be deleted irrevocably after 90 days.
